Changes in place due to Covid-19
Due to Covid-19 we are changing the way our practice works to protect our patients and ourselves. We are currently open but operating at a slightly reduced capacity to accommodate the changes required to help keep everyone safe. At present, the only onsite appointments taking place are for Osteopathy and Sports Massage.
PPE UPDATE:
From the 19th of July 2020 there will be no change to the rules regarding wearing face masks in clinic. Due to the the close contact nature of treatment you will still be required to wear face masks for the duration of your appointment.
New For Patients
Screening:
We are currently sending out screening questions the evening before your appointment. These questions will screen for any symptoms of Covid-19. Please ensure that you have filled out these questions before your appointment.
Hand Sanitiser:
You will be asked to use hand sanitiser when you arrive at the clinic before you enter.
Masks:
We currently need all patients to wear either a type IIR surgical mask, FFP 2 (N95) without a valve or FFP 3 (N99) without a valve. If you don’t have any of these we will give you a surgical mask when you arrive.
No Waiting Area:
To stop patients coming in contact with one another we are not operating our waiting area, so please arrive on time rather than early for appointments.
